Cancellations & Refunds

BHK Scanner subscriptions are digital services billed per 2-week period (see Pricing). This policy covers how cancellations and refunds work.
Cancellation
- You can cancel any time by emailing support@bhkscanner.com (subject “Cancel”) or calling +91 97469 38443. Cancellation stops any future billing immediately.
- Your plan benefits continue until the end of the already-paid 2-week period.
Refunds
- Within 3 days of purchase: if you're not satisfied, email us for a full refund — no questions asked.
- Duplicate or failed payments: refunded in full automatically or on request.
- Service failure: if we deliver no alerts during your paid period due to a fault on our side, you get a full refund or a free period — your choice.
- After the 3-day window, the current period is non-refundable (you keep access until it ends), and no further charges occur once you cancel.
Refund processing time
Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
How to request
Email support@bhkscanner.com with the subject “Refund”, including the email you subscribed with and the payment reference. We acknowledge within 48 hours.
