This policy explains what data BHK Scanner (bhkscanner.com), operated by Sidharth N, Kochi, Kerala, India, collects and how it is used. We collect the minimum we need to run a rental search and alerts service.

1. Data we collect

• Email address — when you join the waitlist or subscribe to alerts/paid plans.
• Saved search preferences — filters (area, budget, BHK, furnishing) you set for alerts.
• Payment status — handled by our payment partner (e.g. Razorpay). We receive confirmation of payment, never your card, UPI, or banking credentials.
• Basic usage data — standard server logs (IP, pages requested) used for security, rate-limiting, and debugging.

2. What we do NOT do

• We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
• We do not send marketing unrelated to the Service.
• We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the site.

3. Listing data

Listings shown on the Service are collected from publicly available sources. Contact details within listings are gated and shown only on explicit request, with anti-scraping protections. Listing owners can request correction or removal at support@bhkscanner.com (see Terms §5).

4. Storage & security

Data is stored with reputable cloud providers (database and hosting located in India/Asia regions). Access is restricted to the operator. Payment data lives entirely with the payment partner.

5. Your rights

Email support@bhkscanner.com to access, correct, or delete your data, or to unsubscribe from alerts. Deletion requests are honoured within 15 days.
